Molly was an exceptional real estate agent, who helped us through a complicated out of state move to Virginia amidst COVID precautions. During our preparations to visit Richmond, VA, Molly arranged several conferences with my wife and I to educate us on the neighborhoods and assess our desires. Her online MLS system was flawless in helping us “window shop” for the new house before we made the house hunting trip to Virginia. When we arrived on Monday, Molly had a VERY busy home showing schedule, based on MLS listings we picked. At the end of Day 1, we had picked our dream home, put an offer in, and though Molly’s expert market advice, the offer was accepted. Since we were out of state, Molly then facilitated the home inspection through remote closing. When we finally moved to our dream home, Molly met us with the keys and a huge smile.
